Mid-way through 2010, yet another innovation from the futronic stable was launched in the market - featuring wireless data transmission between the separator and the evaluation unit and high-resolution sensor technology.
For the first time, inexpensive installation or retrofitting is now also possible in WHG (German Water Resources Act) areas. The sensor unit, which is connected by radio, is battery operated and has a life of one year. The data collected is protected against power failure.

The system integrates the following functions:

     Alarm events:

• Maximum oil level exceeded
• Maintenance interval exceeded
• Congestion (downstream of the separator)
• Risk of separator blockage
• Fault in the warning system or sensor

     Operating log:

• Documentation of all processes and events relevant for operation in a non-volatile memory together with the date and time; rated for a memory depth of 10 years
