As a trainee Industrial Business Management Assistant, you’ll become acquainted with all of the administrative and commercial functions, processes and workflows at our company, for example Purchasing, Human Resources and Order Processing as well as the Warehouse and Shipping. Our products and services are sold to clients all over the world, which is why a higher-level qualification in foreign languages will be an elementary part of your training. You’ll study English and either French or Spanish as job-related languages which you will use both internally and in external communications with customers.
futronic also offers you an opportunity to further improve your language skills on international placements lasting several weeks. During your first year of training you’ll spend three weeks in either France or Spain: your placement will give you a direct insight into the world of work in the host country and you’ll become more familiar with the language, the culture and the people. In the second year you’ll be off to the UK for another three-week placement. You’ll be released from work by futronic for the duration of these international assignments and you’ll also receive a small allowance.
Your efforts will ultimately be rewarded with a diploma as an Industrial Business Management Assistant and a certificate as an “Assistant for International Management with Foreign Languages”.
