Legal basis for processing and using data:
The legal basis for storing data will be Article 6(1) f) GDPR until it is technically possible to obtain the data subject's consent through Facebook Ireland Limited. We are currently awaiting further steps from Facebook Ireland Limited.
We use the Insights function of our Facebook fan page, which enables us to evaluate data on fan page visitors and how they use the page. It allows us to view anonymised statistical data on fan page users. This is done by saving Facebook cookies on the visitor's device. The cookies contain a unique user code and are active for a maximum of two years. Facebook can also link the user code with the Facebook user's log-in data, which means that Facebook can therefore identify any visitor to the fan page.
futronic GmbH only has access to anonymised data. Facebook Insights is an integral element of the Facebook fan page and we cannot deactivate it.
When you visit our Facebook page, follow us or or respond interactively in some other way (e.g. through comments, sharing content, clicking "likes", etc.) we store information on how you use the page. We use this data to find out whether our content is relevant, where our users come from, what content they react to and what their interests are.
Other data protection information, data protection enquiries and rights of users:
Facebook gives you information on the data that it collects, how it uses and shares such data, collaboration with other companies, etc. If you have any questions on your rights and data protection issues you can send them to Facebook directly. More information is available at:
